Notice.
	It is notified for information to all concerned that the Tender / Scaled bids are invited for 2 Nos. Radio Cab Services at Karachi Cantt Station alongwith open space i.e as parking space measuring 1500 Sft within the premises of Railway station Karachi Cantt. The Sealed bids are required to be submitted on 11/08/2008 at 1100 hrs in the Committee Room fo D.S. Office Karachi City Station with the following terms & conditions. The sealed bids will be opened on same date before the bidders.

1.	The license will be issued only for one year only extendable for further one year @ 15% increase in bid amount if same facility allowed to the same licensee.

2.	The area i.e. for office & parking space should be included in the total area of 1500 Sft and rent will be charge accordingly for total area.

3.	The proper demarcation may be mad by providing fencing at the area to be utilized for parking of different Radio Cabs services. The railing to separate the area will be provided the licensee himself.

4.	No. Car/Cab should be parked out side the demarcated Land, Otherwise the contract should be terminated. The detail Tender conditions can be purchased from the office of DD/P&L/KYC at the cost of Rs.1000/- ( not refundable ) per set from 07/08/2008 to 09/08/2008 during working hrs.

6.	Bidders will have to deposit Rs.50,000/- as participation money in the shape of Pay Order ( refundable ) alongwith their offer / bid.

7.	The highest bidder shall have to deposit 30% of the bid money within three days of acceptance / approval of the bid which include the participation money of Rs. 50,000/- in favour of Divisional Account Officer, Pakistan Railways, Karachi. The remaining bid amount will be deposited in Ten equal installment and each installment is to be deposited on or before 5th of every month in advance.

8.	Railway Administration reserve the right to reject / accept any bid without assigning any reason.
