Notice. for Pre-Qualification / Auction Notice for Awarding the Contract of Coolly / Luggage & Parcel Handling At Hyderabad & Zero Point Railway Stations.
   
  The auction for the contract of Coolly / Luggage/Parcel handling of Hyderabad and Zero Point Railway Stations will be held on 04-08-2008 at 1100 hours at Hyderabad Railway Station for a period of one year. A II interested parties who intend to participate in the auction are requested to collect prescribed application from the office of Divisional Superintendent (Commercial Branch), Pakistan Railways, I. I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi City during the working hours from 16-07-2008 to 23-07-2008 against payment of RS.1000/- (Non-refundable). The prescribed application form duly filled in along with following supporting documents should reach this office by 26-07-2008. These participants who are new should attend the meeting of pre-qualification on 31-07-2008. Only those parties will be allowed to participate in the auction who are declared pre-qualified. The required supporting documents are shown as under
   

 

(i). Ten years experience certificate as Coolly Jamadar issued by the Station Master / Station Superintendent with full detail as worked in Pakistan Railways along with the dates dully verified or 10 years cartage experience of Semi-Gov't 1 Gov't DepaJ1ment or 10 years experience of cargo handling, (2) Attested photocopy of N.I.C, (3) Attested photocopy of domicile, (4) Character Certificate (in original signed from Distt: Nazim or Naib Nazim), (5) Income Tax paid & National Tax No . (6) Banker's Statement showing credit worthiness of the applicant, (7) Affidavit that individual has not been black listed. nor involved in litigation with Pakistan Railways or any other Gov't Department. never gone bankrupt, non involved in any criminal activity / proceeding, (8) The detail of any other documents i.e. certificate of registration, partnership deed if any.

 
   
 

All the interested parties are required to deposit security amount of Rs. 100,000/- each for Hyderabad & Zero Point Stations in the shape of Pay Order in favour of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Karachi at the time of Submission of applicant form.

   
  The Railway Administration reserves the right to reject / accept any bid without assigning any reason.
   
  Note:-
 
  1. The black listed / defaulter persons from any Govt of Semi-Govt Department can not apply for this contract.
  2. Failure to submit the required documents will render the candidate disqualified.
