International Tender Notice. No.DP/TLM/2008

1.	International tenders are invited for procurement of following in accordance with the tender specifications:

		i)	Turnout Laying Machine = 1 No.
		ii)	Self Propelled Ultrasonic Rail Testing Vehicle / Trolley = 1 No.
		iii)	Self Propelled Material Lorries = 2 Nos.

2.	The tender shall be submitted strictly in accordance with instruction for the Guidance of Tenderers, IFGT-90 and shall be governed by P.R.S. Conditions of Contract A-3-90. Copies of which are attached with the tender documents.

3.	Tenders documents for each tender can be obtained from the office of Director Procurement, P.R. Carriage Factory, Admn. Building, Sector I-11, Islamabad from 10.07.2008 to 25.08.2008 during working hours on payment of Rs. 5,000/- ( Non-refundable ) through a Bank Draft / Pay Order in the name of FA & CAO/M&S, P.R. Islamabad.

4.	Tenders addressed to the Director Procurement, must reach by 1100 hrs on or before 26/08/2008 in the office of Director Procurement, P.R. Carriage Factory, Admn. Building, Sector I-11, Islamabad. The Tenders will be opened publicly at 1130 hrs on the same day i.e. 26/08/2008 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representative.
