Freight Container Tracking System:

This software is relate to the operational service being provided by the Pakistan Railway on its network. The main objective of this development is to give the easiness in the management and  preserve the daily data related to the container train ( Non stop and conventional ) which may be used when and where to will be required in future. There are two types of container train service being provided originating from Lahore Dry Port and from Karachi Yard, one is non stop container ( Chinese Rake ) Lahore-Karachi and vice versa and other is conventional train with old rakes has an expected route Lahore-Faisalabad-Karachi. The objective is also to facilitate the customer in monitoring the original position of their container by giving the access of online web based tracking facility.
