	Application form for the Straight Lease of PR Real Estate at II Chundrigar Road, Opposite GPO Building, Karachi.
	Prequalification Application for Joint Venture with Pakistan Railways to Develop and Commercialize Prime Real Estate Properties.

To develop and commercialize Pakistan Railway Prime Real Estate Properties.

Pakistan Railway extends its gratitude to all valued participants of the Pre-Bid Conference held at Pakistan Railways Head Quarters Office Lahore, on March 05,2005

As a result of mutual discussions between Pakistan Railway and the participants in the said pre-bid conference following decisions have been taken by Pakistan Railway regarding advertised properties.

1.	The following Plot at 1.1 Chundrigar Road Opposite GPO is now being offered on " Straight lease Basis " for 99 years.)

01.	Land on 1.1 Chundrigar Road, Opposite GPO Building, Karachi	8,633 Sq.yards

(i)	Bids in sealed envelops clearly indicating the name of property must reach the office mentioned below by Tuesday, March 15,2005 up to 1500 hrs. Any bids received after this date and time will not be accepted and returned un-opened. The sealed bid must be accompanied with bid security amounting to Rs. 5 million in the shape of demand draft in favour of FA&CAO, Pakistan Railway Lahore from a scheduled bank.
(ii)	All bids must also accompany a separate demand draft of Rs.10,000/- ( non-refundable ) as submission fee in favour of FA&CAO Pakistan Railways Lahore from a scheduled bank.
(iii)	Bids will be opened at 1530 hrs on the same date in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who car to attend.
(iv)	Complete set of bidding documents can be obtained from the offices mentioned below or download from the web site www.pakrail.com/marketing.

The following properties are now offered on 99 years lease fro joint Venture projects.

(i)	The interested parties should send their detailed. profile with requisite credentials and capabilities fro Pre-Qualification. The revised application form can be obtained from offices mentioned below own is downloadable from the web site www.pakrail.com/marketing.
(ii)	The last date for submission of applications for pre-qualification is Tuesday, Marach 15,2005 up to 1500 hrs.
(iii)	The last date for submission of detailed Technical and Financial proposals for each property separately only by the pre-qualified companies will be Monday, April 15,2005 up to 1500 hrs.

All other terms and conditions will remain the same as advertised on national dailies of February 15,2005.
